This knee brace is amazing! It provides excellent support for my knee, especially during exercise or weightlifting. Slides off my knee
This product would not stay on my knee. I bought a large one, and returned it because it would slide down to my shin area. I bought a medium and the same thing. I wear med/large for everything. Adult male 165 pounds. I wanted this to work, because I have a surgical left knee and play golf -RH and it puts a lot of stress on my knee, so i need the support. Disappointed in this product but will keep looking.
