Works Great!
I can’t explain how or why these work but they work beautifully for me. I’ve tried many knee supports, most causing rashes, chafing and itching.I’m only using one and I have no knee pain, no buckling and I forget that I have it on. It’s cool, comfortable and stays in place.

Helped decrease knee pain significantly
Just used these during a half marathon, and they worked so well. I typically have knee pain after my long runs for 2-3 days afterwards. But these braces significantly decrease the pain. I used them for the last month of training. I’m 48 hours post my half marathon and I barely have any pain… and the very slight pain I’m currently feeling is just typical soreness since I’m not an avid runner. They stayed secure the whole race (I was using leggings, so not directly on the skin). Didn’t have to adjust them once.I should mention that I don’t have any significant knee issues… just normal pain and soreness for my 42 year old body since I did not do strength training like I should have during my training!Highly recommend.

Matches description but didn’t help my knee pain
This knee strap is very easy to put on. It’s very comfortable and adjustable, and the velcro quality is great. It’s pretty durable and the size can be adjusted, but it didn’t feel very supportive to me. Even when I pulled the strap all the way tight, it didn’t help the pain I was feeling in my knee. I tried it several times while I was out running, but I never felt like it made a difference.

Most effective brace I’ve ever worn
A friend recommended these, and I’m happy he did. I’m a former US Army paratrooper and a current senior citizen. My knees have taken a beating. For the past 10 years, I’ve worn knee braces for running, using ellipticals, or long hikes. Full braces are cumbersome and expensive. These straps are a less than a third of the price, easy to put on and adjust, and still allow me to fully bend my knees. Most of all, even after 30 minutes on an elliptical and brisk 2-mile walk, my knees feel fine, **far** better than if I had worn heavy braces.

These are a great improvement over the traditional supports/straps. The buckle helps to tighten the strap and keep it snug in place. The neoprene material (or type) really make for a comfortable fit. All this and you get TWO!! 2 at half the cost of the traditional strap…that doesn’t work as well as this one. You decide!
