Perfect size cup! I normally don’t drink more than 16oz so this is perfect love that I can keep my protein separate and have a spot for vitamins/supplements. Best purchase I’ve made on a cup! Easy to clean! Easy opening! Durable and functional overall 8/10 would’ve been a 10/10 if it had the little hanging part in the lid just my preference to be able to hold it differently.

No clumps, no leaks and storage
Better than my Blender bottle at mixing protein shakes. Best part is, comes with 2 storage containers that screw on to the bottom. Mix preworkout in the bottle and pack the protein underneath for after.

Easy to use
I do like this bottle, the only reason I put 4 out of 5 is due to sometimes the powder gets stuck in the lid. There’s a cavity in the lid where the stopper is(or whatever it’s called) that whatever powder you have may get stick in from time to time. But other than that it’s great! I’m able to carry my protein in one and electrolytes in another

This shaker bottle is amazing. Love the convenience and size. I had no issues with leaks even when dropped! The lid stayed screwed and the tab was tight. The extra compartments are an awesome add-on. My only gripe would be the mixer. That’s a little hard to clean. I have used the bottle with another shaker inside and works great as well. Highly recommend
