Great pump!
This stuff gives me a PUMPPPP before my workouts. I do feel tingly on my extremities which I don’t love but I would purchase again as it gives me the perfect amount of energy I need for a good workout. Also, it’s a tingly sensation but no jitters. The taste isn’t bad, I like it. It’s a decent size so you’re definitely getting a good value for your money. Best pre workout I’ve tried so far.

GREAT GETS YA GOING
This really gets u goin. One scoop and you’re good for the day just make sure you take it early. I’m not new to pre-workout and I don’t have a caffeine sensitivity. But this one will really get you going. Well get you jittery too If you don’t just start working out within the 10 minutes that you take it. However, I love love love love love it. Getting a lot more done in my workouts. Very satisfied. Taste a little tart as most of them do so I just add more water than recommended and take my time drinking it before I go to the gym. Consider taking half a scoop or 2/3 a scoop your first time. 300mg of caffeine per scoop I believe

Very effective well-rounded pre-workout powder..
Having used probably over a dozen pre-workout powders over the last 10 years, this c4 ultimate is the one that I have settled on as my daily go to. It has, for me, just enough caffeine, but not too much to where it makes me shaky. Good energy, clear focus, and keeps me going until each workout is over.

Good pre work tingling feeling
Taste good good pumps and you feel tingly like ants crawling over your body a little bit I don’t really take any energy drinks or drink any coffee one scoop it’s about a tablespoon it has 300mg caffeine a redbull 12oz has 110mg caffeine to give you a idea, sometimes I underdone it to 2 teaspoons and still get good pumps the first time I took a full scoop I felt very tweaked out put I don’t really drink any energy drinks or coffee put you can underdone it to teaspoons I like 2 teaspoons but if you really want to feel a punch and feel really tweaked out do a full scoop with the one it comes with I’m 5’5 male 205 lbs this pre-workout makes you workout way harder

One of my favorites!
One of my favorite pre workouts on the market! It gives me a way more noticeable boost than others. The watermelon flavor is not the strongest, but totally enough if used with plain water. Easy tub to open, decent sized scoop, and fair price.

WOW!!!
I was skeptical about the hype about this product but wow was I in for a surprise! This has helped me so much without any jitters. Just when I feel I don’t want to go work out I take this and within 30 minutes I’m filled with energy. Mind you, I work in construction therefore I’m always moving and my energy level is out by the end of my 10 hour shift. This product has aided in working out for 2 hours daily with heavy cardio and weight lifting. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!
