Good for workout. Sweet flavor.
This product tasted good. Very sweet like candy. If you have a higher water to powered ratio it tastes like you had a dash of pixie stick in your water. Worked good for a workout. My boyfriend thought it was okay. He used it to workout but prefers other flavors/brands.

Good effect, just okay flavor
I only take this twice a week so the difference between a workout with the supplement and without (mostly orange theory right now) seem to be mostly positive. Workouts are sweatier and my heartrate (using orange theory’s HR monitor and my garmin) trends a little faster whether I do cardio or lift. I also seem to be able to lift heavier and have better endurance.The flavor I bought was the galaxy lemonade and I don’t like it on it’s own. In some unsweet iced tea, it’s actually really good. I deducted a star for flavor but only because I can’t do half stars. It’s not a deal breaker but I’ll prob get a different flavor next.

Best pre-workout for women
I originally found this while searching for the top-rated pre-workouts for women, and now I completely understand why it ranks so high. The flavor is amazing—perfectly balanced, not overpowering, and super easy to drink. It doesn’t feel heavy or bloated afterward, which is a huge plus.During my workouts, I can definitely feel the burn and boost, but without any jitters or crash afterward. Smooth energy, clean focus, and solid endurance.Hands down, my favorite pre-workout!

Great pre-workout! I got the galaxy lemonade and it just tasted like blue-raspberry lemonade but not too sweet and not overpowering like most pre-workouts. I especially appreciated that this doesn’t have that fakey Stevia or whatever fake sugar flavor to it like every other pre-workout I’ve ever tried. The energy it gives me is on point and imo better than the ON Amino Energy I’ve been using for a few years, in addition to the occasional switches to other brands.Word of caution – I’m well indoctrinated into the world of pre-workout so I didn’t take the bottle’s warning label into consideration when first starting out (my bad!). It clearly states to begin with a half dose until you’re used to it. Of course I didn’t and it made me somewhat nauseous for the first week or two. Again, this is my fault and wouldn’t judge the product based on my arrogance.Give it a try!

I have tried many and this one is by far the best tasting. I prefer sour over sweet and this hits the spot for me. I’ve had it on a 6 week based subscription for over a year with no plans in stopping. Mixes well. You do get the tingling effect as with most preworkouts.
