Of my opinion, results are fair. The energy is rather sudden yet, gradual and not with discomfort. The longevity of effectiveness is at or around 2-3 hours, with a gradual decline. Not a crashing effect. Thus rather pricey, the cost to effectiveness borders fair and not worth the costs. As for flavor, personally, have only used strawberry lemon flavor. Therefore, pleasure or satisfaction of taste is that of oneself – to each their own. As for blending/ mixing, Bulk pre workout powder has displayed to dissolve quickly, without clumping.

Upgraded Husband From C4 to This and Now He Thinks He’s a Viking
Bought this for my husband because he lifts heavy and I was tired of watching him use C4 like it was the pinnacle of human achievement. C4 is basically caffeinated pixie dust compared to this.Transparent Labs actually puts real doses of ingredients in here instead of fairy whispers. The beta-alanine, citrulline malate, and proper caffeine content mean you can actually feel it working instead of just pretending you have energy.First time he took it he immediately said, “why is my face tingling?” and started pacing around like a confused electrical appliance. The beta-alanine tingles are REAL. Not cute. Not subtle. You will briefly feel like your skin has been replaced by carbonated water.That said, he got used to it after a few workouts and says it’s much less intense now. The upside is he can genuinely feel the difference in his sets with better endurance, stronger pumps, and less burnout halfway through workouts. He’s also noticed his recovery between sets is noticeably better.Which was the whole point. He lifts heavy, so I wanted something with clinically effective doses instead of the “homeopathic suggestion of pre-workout” that most brands sell.If you’re coming from something like C4, this will feel like you accidentally switched from a scooter to a motorcycle.Just be aware: the first scoop may convince you that you’re becoming electricity.5 stars. Husband lifts more, complains less, and now waits to go to the gym like a medieval war horse that just heard the battle horn.
