Exactly what I needed
I’ve got very large legs and my kneebone is certainly a bit bigger than the average person. This brace is perfect. It fits like a glove, the construction is fantastically durable, the design allows it to sit snugly without strangling your circulation, and the elasticity and stretchiness mean it’s not too uncomfortable to wear. It doesn’t heat up too badly so you aren’t going to be sweating up a storm. The design of the rubberized/gel donut over the knee is also very effective. Genuinely surprised that I got more than my money’s worth on this product. Definitely recommend if you have some issues with your knee but aren’t looking for a full-on metal brace system.

Pretty decent for short term use
This item fits comfortably on the skin, I have not had any type of irritation. I bought this due to a torn meniscus and needing some sort of support around my knee. It does not stay as well when put on top of clothes, it’s always sliding down and pressing on my injury so I am always pulling it back up in place. Over time the straps seem like they get stretched out

I tried it over pants and just on bare skin but no matter what I tried I could not keep it from slipping.Amended review 4/19/26: While my initial review stays the same I would rate the company response a 5+. Excellent Brace! But room for improvement.
I tore the meniscus in my right knee over a decade ago and at that time I chose not to have knee surgery as there was no proof that it would radically improve things, and everyone I knew who had done it has regretted it. Because of the long healing and the changes to my gait, my knee became a bit “wobbly” and my doctor suggested trying a knee brace before visiting a specialist.I found this one on Amazon and after reading the company’s information and reading the detailed reviews I picked it to try. It worked as advertised and I’m delighted with my choice, and I even got a second one as a backup! I find that you need to adjust it just right to get it to the place where it provides good support, yet allows bending the knee without binding. It takes a while to get it right, just follow the instructions and keep at it.For me, I have to first align the knee hole just a bit off center from my kneecap, and then attach that middle strap just slightly above center. Then the top strap goes right across and keeps it just snug enough, and, most importantly, the lower strap has to curl up as it goes around the bottom of the kneecap, and this eliminates the wobbly feeling. If it is too tight, then it binds when you bend the knee when sitting down or when sitting crosslegged.My only concern is that it seems like it could be a little better with a few minor fabric adjustments. Not being able to attach the strap over the kneecap hole is sometimes a problem as the strap has stretched out over the past year. The hole is a good thing, but maybe some fabric on top would help by providing more area to attach the strap? I don’t think filling the hole would be good, but something just on the outer surface that only provides more area to attach on. Also, the two outer straps *always* get attached to each other, so maybe the ends of the top of the straps could be covered with a material that doesn’t allow attaching to each other? Every morning when I take it down to wear it, no matter how careful I am, they stick together and I have pull them apart and it can cause the brace to slide around with only the middle strap attached at that point. If they didn’t do this the process would be faster and the number of adjustments would be fewer. I think. I haven’t tried modifying it myself.These are minor things and just slightly annoying. I don’t regret the purchases and am a delighted customer who gives the product five stars! Good work!

Hecha de buen material y diseño anatómico. Cómoda en su uso incluso al dormir. Buen adhesivo y no se deforma con el uso. La use para un Esguince de Rodilla.

Me gustó mucho. Es comoda y me ayuda muchisimo a caminar. Tengo piernas de luchador por lo que no me queda cualquier rodillera, y como me cai por las escaleras y al final cai de rodillas mis piernas estan aun mas grandes e hinchadas. Y esta rodillera me ha ayudado a poder caminar mejor y sin tanto dolor. Se le desprendio un velcro. Pero creo es por que la ajuste de mas. Eso si nada que aguja e hilo no resuelvan. Por lo demas estoy satisfecha. La compraria de nuevo? Claro. Y mas por que tengo otra rodilla y soy propensa a los accidentes por decirlo bonito. Ademas llego muy rapido.
