How to use it
1. Loosen all the straps, open the knee brace, with the longer side facing up, and the silicone ring aligned with the center of the kneecap, and lay flat on the knee injury.
2. Wrap the higher fabric band behind the knee and close it, and then wrap the lower fabric band behind the knee and close it.
3. Pass the upper and lower pressure belts through the hook and loop in turn and close them.
4. Adjust each pressure belt to achieve the best comfort and support.

True to size! Excellent find! Super supportive and very easy to put on. This brace also has metal supports on the side and reinforcement straps to make sure the brace stays on and doesn’t move. I would definitely buy this again.

Excellent support! This item is quite easy to put on , not having to be pulled up the leg from one’s feet. It stays on where you put it, as it has double tightening straps. Also, in spite of a severely painful knee, it gives enough support to reduce the pain considerably, especially when doing something that would twist or pull the lower leg sideways or at any angle other than straight, such as if getting or in bed & needing to lift the injured leg up sideways. It doesn’t really decompress to the extent you can stand your whole weight on an injured leg without some other kind of help as well, such as a cane; but it makes a world of difference when it comes to keeping your leg from twisting or turning. It’s very comfortable, with none of the velcro scraping your skin and good padding on the knee cap. The metal side braces do their job well. I highly recommend this knee brace, and the low price is amazing. I tried others in the $50-70 range that were nearly impossible to get on and didn’t help my pain very much.

Decent purchase
Works well and provides good support. Generally comfortable and easy to put on or take off. My only issue is that the straps are the same length so the thigh area ends up snug while the calf area ends up loose. It still works well, just a small inconvenience. I would size up.

Thank you GOD for this brace.My knee completely popped out of socket yesterday. I put it back in but still could bear much weight on it. I ordered this right away around 7pm and it came around 1 pm next day ( today). I put it on immediately and the relief is GLORIOUS. I have four kids, ten years old and younger. I homeschool them. I was so stressed that I couldn’t walk. Now I can walk normally. I know I still must be careful and I feel a little twinge if I start getting too enthusiastic with my knee movements, but yall, GET IT. It is better if not the same the super expensive ones. Thank you to this maker and distributor!! Make sure you measure your leg like it says to in the photos on here because it is spot on and will fit perfect if you follow the chart for measurements.

Okay, but another brand is better for me
I bought two different manufacturer’s braces because I needed one, and wasn’t sure about sizing. I am petite in height but also heavy set and because of this fact, finding a brace to fit was challenging. This one fits well and is very easy to put on with 2 wraps – one on the top to go around your upper leg, one for the calf, and has 1 strap with velcro closure for the top of your leg, and one for the bottom. I have noticed however this wrap does not stay up as well as the other brand brace I ordered. This one works well as a replacement while the other is drying from being washed.

I can’t express how thankful I am
I’ve been having unbearable pain in my knee. It began when I was pregnant. a year later I lost 60lbs hoping it would help, but it’s worse than ever. I couldnt even stand in the kitchen and cook because of the pain. The “brace” I got from Walmart during the pregnancy wasn’t doing anything for me.The doctor thinks my cartilage may be worn, and the bone is grinding. Sounds like ripping paper when I extend it. Unfortunately the MRI to confirm the issue is 4k, and insurance won’t cover it. So I can’t even have the test done to know for sure what’s wrong. Anyways, I needed something to help until I can afford the MRI.This brace is absolutely amazing. I wasn’t sure since it was so cheap, but the reviews were glowing, and $25 was worth a try. I put a compression slip from walmart over my knee, and then this on top. Immediately my pain lessened. My doctor wanted to try to put me on steroids to manage the pain, but with this brace and ibuprofen I don’t need it.The hinges are wonderful. I was afraid they would dig or be uncomfortable, but I wear this brace all day every day and never once felt any rubbing or discomfort. They help take the pressure off of my joint, and provide a kind of splint that keeps it from rotating or overextending (which is very painful for me.) I was even able to pick up and dance with my toddler for a little while today without ware on my knee!It isn’t a permanent solution. Eventually I will need to get that MRI and further treatment, but this brace has literally given me back my life in the meantime. As soon as I take the brace off, I can feel all the pain, but as soon as I strap it back on it’s as if there’s nothing wrong with my knee at all.I couldn’t sing enough praises for this item. Why are you still reading this??? Buy it! Your knee will thank you!
