How to use it?

1. Find a quiet place where you can lie down or sit down for about 5 minutes. This can be in bed, on the floor or a yoga mat.

2. Choose your most suitable height for the back straightener, and Place the back straightener in the middle of your Back.

3. Gently adjust the position of the device up or down along your spine to find the most comfortable position for your Back. Bend your knees and place your hands next to your head.

4.Once you are comfortable, let your lower back rest further on the support. Take slow, deep breaths to help relax.
