These are lightweight and comfortable. They are advertised as tummy control, but no, there is nothing different in the tummy area to provide any contro or compression. Otherwise these shorts are perfect for working out or wearing under dresses. No pockets. Thin fabric but cottony soft. These are great shorts for the price.

I needed something to wear under my dresses and skirts since I have thick thighs and these do just the trick! The material isn’t so thick that it doesn’t make it hot and it actually can be used as workout shorts!

Very comfy
I tried these on and they are perfect. I actually did buy these as an undergarment to a casual skirt. They will be perfect because they’re very comfortable just the perfect length to be hidden and the waist actually goes a little high and gives a little girdle effect around the stomach. Nice fabric for this use. However, just a word if you are going to use these as compression exercise pants you’d have to be in shape to do that because they are a little on the thin side. Will not be tight enough for a girdle exactly but nice to wear under things for a little smoothing and definitely in case dress is too short.

Horrible quality
I’ve purchased from this direct link multiple times over years ago. The quality has gone down tremendously. My previous shorts, that I still have, aren’t even close to being see through. It seems as if the fabric is way thinner than the previous material they used. I have also noticed the black is not the same color black that me previous shorts were. these new ones are like charcoal looking while the others are the standard black color. Would give no stars if I could
