I received this product on Monday. It’s now Friday, and it broke after the third use. I am well under the weight limit. I followed the directions and did nothing extreme to it. I placed it on the floor and rolled back onto it as it’s supposedly designed to be used. It should have a gentle curve, but since it broke it now has a sharp angle that is so uncomfortable it is unusable. Money wasted.

    Once you find the right position under your back just lay back and relax. The knobs realtbdog into you back and hot all the pressure points and really feel your back realigning. Of course it hurts and first that's because it's working. I really like how my hips even open up and feel my neck cracking and popping. Love to hear my back pop a few times too.

    My posture has definitely improved. I've even been told I'm standing much taller. I blow my back out constantly from sports or the gym. This device won't fix all your problems but it has helped tremendously. It relieves the pain and helps rehab my back much faster and cheaper than the chiro.

    I highly recommend this product. I use it twice a day for 10 mins on the first level. I've made it to the 2nd level but it's a bit high and still can't find the right spot under my back(comes with time). The chiro says to use twice a day starting at 5 mins a week, then add 2 more minutes each week for 5 weeks then try to level up.

    Extremely happy with this, even got a friend to purchase. He's impressed as well.

    This device is a life saver for my scoliosis. I use this all the time while sitting on the couch and it really makes a difference. It really stretches it out and helps my posture throughout the day. The only con I have is that its really hard to adjust or even setting it up. Find a friend with muscles to help you out!

    Sadly my back magic broke after three months of moderate use. When it does work it is absolutely fantastic. It was suggested by my chiropractor and for good reason. It puts the perfect arch in my back to stretch it.

    Put it together in two seconds and wow it works great! Stretched out and adjusted my back first time I laid down on it. I'm over 6 feet 2 inches tall and 230 lb, it supported my weight just fine. Worth every penny and then some!
