Best waist trainer I’ve tried
Ok so this doesn’t do exactly what I want, but I think it’s a me problem, what I’m looking for doesn’t exist for my body type.I’m 5’7, 125 lbs, 27 inch waist, 32 inch bust. I got the size small. It fits well, but barely. If I were any bigger I’d want the next size up.The back support is very good, which is my main reason for having it. I have a very physical job and I have scoliosis in my mid back. This support is very helpful. Hence the 5 stars. Other products I’ve tried like this don’t work as well.My “issue” is that this is not slimming and looks bulky under my shirt. It does not cinch my waist like the product images show. Again, might be a me problem. I’m already small so this doesn’t shape me and it adds inches to my waist. For people hoping to look slimmer, this probably does the job for anyone with a waist larger than mine. I’m not trying to look slimmer, I would just like some back support that you can’t see beneath my shirts. I think what I’m looking for isn’t possible or doesn’t exist.So I absolutely recommend this for back support. It just doesn’t flatter my body, and it probably will flatter people with curves. I’m SOL since I wasn’t blessed with curves. If you need a product like this, don’t hesitate, it is great. It feels sturdy and supportive.

Very easy to use. Can be adjusted for tightness. Provides back support. I love that it is velcro only as it is very fast to get in and out of it. The quality is good.

Very comfortable. Doesn’t roll up. I sized down and I’m glad I did as I normally tighten it more in the middle of my workout

I was skeptical of this item at first, too!
I honestly thought this waist trimmer belt would be more substantial, like that of a neoprene back brace.I was surprised when I received it to see that it was basically several wide elastic straps with Velcro closures. I was doubtful of its effectiveness but was pleasantly surprised!I ordered a size small and it is made true to size to flatter your measured size. I am 5’4”, 120 lbs and have a 26” waist. The small was a perfectly nice snug and flattering fit where you can look amazingly svelte and still be able to function normally, bend over, workout, and breathe.It does not make you gross n’ sweaty at all.I think as long as you get the size measured for your body, it should last a long time.Excellent for posture and back support. The look while wearing it is not bulky at all; but rather a sleek hourglass curve shape.Works really well at everything advertised.The Velcro closures require a little bit of patience to get in place because they grab on really well to almost everything near it.Even tho I see folks wear this belt against their bare skin, I like to wear a thin shirt between my skin and the belt – but that is for my comfort preference only. The elastic against just may bare skin is itchy.The benefit of this waist belt is that you can achieve the most customized fit for your body shape because there are two base bands and one over the top.Definitely worth the price and purchase!Just buy it – but measure your waist and order the size that is indicated for your measurement!

Great for support, but not for back fat
This is a great belt if you have back problems or maybe would like it for work in a manual labor job. I’m 6 weeks post tummy tuck and I wanted something to feel supported when I go back to the gym. This belt is well made and looks like it will be durable. It will suck you in and keep its compression. I almost feel like it gets tighter the longer you wear it. My problem is that it lifts up my back fat and I can feel it especially when I sit down. I don’t want to eventually have an indentation on my back after prolonged wear, so I will be returning. If they made a vest like belt, I think it would help support the back fat and side boob issue.

Best Waist Trainer on the Market!!!!
I weigh 183lbs I purchased a large it is true to size, this waist trainer does not roll up it stays in place. When I tell you it have your waist snatched I am not exaggerating. This is one of the best waist trainers I have ever purchased. The only issue is you cannot wear it with fitted clothing it is bulky. If they ever make one that does not show the bulkyness I will purchase.

Great for my round PCOS belly
This thing works. I am usually an XXL (230 lbs., 5’3”) and I got the XXL, it fit great. I have a lot of belly swelling/inflammation from my PCOS, making for a round, hard belly most of the time. Wearing this under my clothes helps them fit a bit more like they’re supposed to (with a flatter tummy)! I wore it out for the first time to dinner last night for a couple hours and it still was comfortable after eating a full meal. I did notice a small patch of Velcro dug into my stomach a bit more after eating, but I am still learning how to adjust it properly so it sits right. Probably best to wear under more flowy tops as the front can get a smidge bulky with all of the Velcro parts. Today I feel like I had a good an/midsection workout! My waist feels WORKED and so does my lower back. Can’t wait to continue wearing it to help keep the belly at bay.

Im in love with it. The stripes at the back to supports with back pain, the snatchie snatched, the quality of material used, the thickness and strechiness👌 everything. I call it affordable bbl 😂 will recommend to every girl that want to feel girlie😉

This works very well and is made well. The Velcro straps are nice an wide and hold firmly in place. A little tricky to get on as the straps stick to together even with slightest touch to each other or other clothing

Very nice, might have needed a size smaller because the lower band seems a bit too loose too soon. Not sure how people workout in it though. Maybe when on the stairmaster or treadmill but certainly not while lifting or doing other cardio.

Wow I bought many waist trainer and have returned all as none of them were comfortable or practical. This is so comfortable and easy to put on and actually coveres my lower belly instead of leaving and awkwardly squeezed out bulge!
