Big help with bad knee
High quality brace. Sure feels like it is stabilizing and supporting my knee with meniscus tears on each side of knee (awaiting surgery). As any brace it is tough to wear under certain size pants as it is nice and thick and stable, so you may have to put it on over the pants. I am 5ft7, normal weight. Brace fits perfect s/m/lg option not xxl and up. It does compress it you want it to. Adjustable. Love the back of the knee stays open for air.I would not wash it.

Great brace for larger legs, comfortable, sturdy
I injured my knee 30 years ago so I have been dealing with knee pain for a long time. In the last year I was diagnosed with arthritis and an injured MCL. This brace is fantastic in supporting the knee laterally. I cannot speak to the patella support as the “regular” size brace is too large. There is a lot of extra material so it bows out on the sides, top of the leg and over the knee. For reference, my thigh measures 17″ at the recommended distance from the knee. It’s not too bulky, it’s very breathable material and I appreciate the open back of the knee. It doesn’t pinch or feel uncomfortable anywhere on the knee, even when wearing it directly on the skin. The straps feel sturdy and the velcro holds really well. I would fully recommend this brace if your thigh measures over 18″ around.

Great knee brace
Fits very well with many ways to adjust this brace. It provides additional stability to my knee. I am 5’6″ and weigh 165 pounds. The brace is comfortable and stays in place.

Torn ACL Support
My fiancé has a torn ACL and we bought this after his brace they gave him at the hospital started to get worn down. He loves this brace and says it works so well he actually barely has any limp in his walk when he’s without crutches because he’s so well supported. He’s 6’3”, about 250lbs and got the plus size one which fit perfectly. He can wear it all day with no irritation!

Uncomfortable
This seems like a nice knee brace with many adjustment straps for the best support but I found it to be very uncomfortable. It’s actually a little too big as the velcro on the straps overlaps. I purchased the smallest size but it just doesn’t fit right. I’m not a “tiny” person as I am 5’5″ and 130 lbs. Sadly had to return it.

Excellent design, strong yet comfortable.
Outstanding knee brace! Has four pull-tight velcro straps to easily adjust tension so the knee brace stays in place while walking but is gentle enough to not hurt during prolonged wearing. The side braces do prevent the knee from twisting thus reducing knee pain while walking to an absolute minimum. Great product.
