I recently got the ST-CARE Fitness Tracker, and so far, it’s exceeded my expectations. For such an affordable price, it offers everything I need to stay on top of my fitness goals.
First, the activity tracking is spot on. It tracks my steps, calories burned, and even workout distance and time with ease. The display is small (1.1 inches), but clear enough to read even in sunlight. It’s lightweight and comfortable on my wrist, so I can wear it all day without discomfort.
The heart rate monitor works well, though I’m not entirely sure of its exact accuracy compared to other devices, but it provides consistent readings during workouts. The stopwatch function is handy when I’m timing exercises, and it syncs seamlessly with the app ("Keep Health") to provide detailed insights into my daily activities.
As a sleep tracker, it’s been quite eye-opening. The app helps me understand my sleep patterns, and I’m motivated to improve my rest. The watch is a bit bulky to wear at night, but I got used to it quickly. The battery life is solid too—I only need to charge it about once a week.
Overall, this fitness tracker is perfect for anyone looking to get into fitness tracking without breaking the bank. It's simple, functional, and delivers great value. Highly recommend!

Step Count NOT Accurate
Step count is NOT accurate AT ALL. Pulse and BP seem overestimated. My last watch like this was much better. This one does have a jillion watch faces to pick from and lots of sports modes. The strap was long so I cut some of it off for a better fit.

nice!
I used to have a Fitbit… about ten years ago. I had two failing in such a short time that I gave up on it and forgot all about tracking myself. Now I saw this really cheap one that looked similar and I decided to give it a try. I’m actually impressed! It has nothing to envy to a Fitbit for features. The look is a bit bulkier and less refined. I don’t think you can change the strap, but for the price, I think it looks great.I have a small wrist, but it doesn’t look too bulky on me. Love that you can change the face from the app. I don’t know how accurate the heart rate and pressure are, but I haven’t seen anything crazy so it might be right. Even if only counted my steps and told me the hour, this would be decent value to me.

Great little activity tracker
I got this after my brand name fitness tracker broke, which seems to be a pattern. I would spend about $150. for this stupid tracker which would last about one year-then without fail would stop working. I was determined to not spend any more money on this brand only to have it die the following year. I decided to give this a try. It doesn’t have quite as many features, but it is adequate for my needs. I am mostly concerned with keeping track of my steps and seeing the time. Both of these things work great so far. If this does happen to stop working in a year-so be it. At least I have the peace of knowing I didn’t spend an arm & a leg on it. This device stays charged for days, which was never the case for my other fitness tracker. This is a great value for the money and I am very happy with this.

A fine pedometer
I downloaded the app and customized the watch face, the exercises, units of measurements, and the time format. That was pretty easy to do. I did a HIIT workout yesterday, started the watch, but when my right hand inadvertently brushed up against my left wrist, the watch was triggered and it assumed the workout was over. I think it’s maybe a little too sensitive? All that aside, it’s light, and comfortable to wear. I probably will only use it when I go for long walks so I can see the step numbers. Not sure I trust the other readouts, but it’s fun to check now and then. My biggest complain is that the screen goes dark far too fast. For some reason, it cannot read my body temperature in the time allotted. I tap it. It says, “measuring,” then shuts off before giving me a reading. Annoying.

Tracking it
I recently purchased a fitness tracker from ST-CARE, and it’s been a great tool for helping me take better care of myself. It tracks my step count, calories, and other activities, giving me a clear picture of my daily progress.Setting it up was simple—I connected it to my phone via Bluetooth and downloaded the app, which makes tracking my stats even more convenient. Having everything synced to my phone is a great feature, making it easy to stay motivated and on track. Highly recommend this tracker for anyone looking for an affordable and reliable fitness companion!

Meh.
I tried out a few of these budget-oriented fitness tracker smartwatches recently. This one is small and comfortable, but a little lacking in functionality and has fewer customization options. Also, this is listed as having a “Touch Color Screen”; but the only part of the display that responds to touch is the little oval spot at the bottom — not the actual screen. That said, It is easy to set up, easy to use, and looks decent; so if the listed functions cover your needs, it’s a reasonable option — just not my personal choice.

I got this fitness tracker a few days ago , it seems like it have a lot of decent features that is beneficial for my fitness goals right now. The fitness tracker risk band is thick , it have adjustable holes based on my wrist size, so which is convenient. The look of the face is large enough. I don’t have to squint my eyes to see the screen, it is bright, and you swipe up on the screen to adjust the features. I like that this fitness tracker have a lot of different features such as the blood pressure tracker the step counter etc. these are great features that will help me to stay on track with my fitness goals as I am someone that’s been struggling to stay on track. I like that this fitness tracker feels light weighted but sturdy on my wrist , especially when I’m using the elliptical and typing on my desk, it doesn’t feel like it’s weighing down on my wrist. This fitness tracker appeared to be made and designed with fairly decent material with a ton of features. I’m happy with it and I do recommend it.

There is some stuff I like and other stuff I do not,I have yet to find a fitness tracker that gets all the functions right.I liked this one because of the barcelet and the size overall. Its urprisingly difficult to find trackers with this structure. The band is good. The functions that I have used include the step counter, the sleep monitoring and the tracking of other sports. The sleep recording was okay. Its a little sensitive so when I moved, but i think it was pretty accurate. The recording of other activities (yoga), it seemed to keep pace pretty well. Finally, the step tracking was pretty good. My husband had his brand name fitness tracket and I had this one and the count seemed pretty on point.Considering the price point, this is a good deal.
