Nice compact and effective firm foam roller for muscle tension relief. great for travel, also!
I enjoy using this roller for muscle tension, especially of my legs, thighs and calves, as well as my upper back, posterior scapula or shoulder blades. I very much like and appreciate the firmness of it. I don’t like foam rollers that break down and get mushy after several uses. It is very effective to relax tight muscles and I also like the small size. I find that small diameter, 3- 4inch foam rollers provide better and more effective relief ot tension pain than large diameter, ie 6 inch foam rollers. I like that I can pack it in suitcase and take it traveling with me, very easily. it is an excellent value and should last indefinitely due to good design and build quality.

Smaller and softer than standard – feels great on my sore back
Smaller and softer than the rollers I see at the gym. It’s great for me with my lower back issues – rolling on this thing “hurts just right”.

Great Product
Works great, perfect combination of soft give for comfort and density for kneading away aches. I’m getting a second one to keep in my office at work. Also works as a yoga block to help with stability in certain poses.

Would Prefer A Larger Roller
The density is ideal and foam material seems to be of a good quality so I think it should be durable. I’m ok with the thickness/diameter and it has been effective in relieving muscle tightness pre workout. It’s however very short so you have to be targeted in rolling out and it takes you a lot longer than if this were longer

Excellent foam roller!
I bought this to use in specific exercises for my knee which I injured. It worked beautifully. The size was just right to roll over and feels good on my knee. It’s firm, but not rock hard.
