Soft and beautiful
I couldn’t be happier with my Gaiam yoga mats! I bought one for myself and one for my daughter, and we both absolutely love them. The quality is fantastic—great cushioning, non-slip, and super comfortable for all types of workouts. They also look beautiful and feel durable. It’s been such a great purchase for both of us, and it’s made our yoga time even more enjoyable!

Perfect Balance of Comfort, Stability, and Style
I’ve really enjoyed using this yoga mat. It strikes an excellent balance between being soft enough for headstands and thin enough to maintain stability during one-legged balance poses. The material is just the right level of sticky—enough to hold firm on a wooden floor without sliding, yet not so sticky that it becomes a magnet for dirt or lint.This mat rolls up tightly for easy storage and transport, which is a plus for anyone who practices yoga on the go. I personally prefer a thinner mat as it helps me feel more grounded, and this mat perfectly fits that preference. High quality and good looking mat, but thin
Mat does an acceptable job for yoga and calisthenics. Sincerely wish it was thicker as it does not provide adequate cushioning for yoga, specifically for your knees. It is easy to clean and lays flat, doesn’t wrinkle at all. Design looks very nice as well. It is made well, just make sure this thickness level for the mat is what you want.

Not as grippy as I thought but good mat
The grip is fine and could be better , If you want to do hot yoga definitely don’t recommend because they’ll be too slippery.

Great mat
Been using for years now and it has held up well. I expected the print to wear off after a bit but it’s still holding strong. I love the design! I also leave mine in the car in all kinds of weather and it’s never become damaged from heat.

Smells like plastic, but wears off
I waited a while to write this review it does smell like plastic fresh out of the bag. It took a few weeks for the smell to wear off. I got the lavender mandala design it is beautiful and the design doesn’t wear off. It’s a standard mat it’s not thick it works perfect for me. I really do love this yoga mat.

Ich habe die Matte gar nicht erst ausprobiert, weil mir beim Öffnen des Kartons ein derart penetranter Chemikaliengestank entgegenkam, dass ich sie gleich zurückschickte. Ich habe ein schlechtes Grfühl dabei, weil ich mit der Matte ja direkt in Kontakt komme

A very nice and good-looking mat, however a bit slippery! My hands slide forward when doing a downward dog. However, it might be because it’s still fairly new?

So i’ve been doing a lot of Yoga and home exercise what with the Pandemic and all. My original yoga mat was a little plushy and was stretching across my floor making my yoga practices next to impossible. I picked up this mat hoping that they would work well on my floor so i could retire my old mat for good.It grips onto my floor so well making my yoga so much easier to do. i can do my hour workouts with basically no movement what-so ever, which is really helpful for a vinyl flooring.It’s super lightweight so rolling it up and taking it to the gym is a pretty easy do and fits nicely into most standard gym bag sizes.its comfortable despite being thinner then im used to, however it’s not nearly as thin as some mats I’ve seen.All in all my experience with the mat is great, if problems occur i’ll update.
