    I love using this mat for my workouts, whether it be on hard floor or carpet. It’s very durable and doesn’t slip at all when it’s being used. Cleaning it is easy and it’s easily transported. I would highly recommend it to anyone needing a workout or yoga mat!

    Very well made and comfortable as is or I sometimes put a yoga towel over the mat depending on what I am doing. The mat stays in place whether I have it on wood or tile floors.

    I wanted to like these but not recommended for tropical or moist weather and climates. They are mold petridish. Ugh!

    What they are good for:
    Picnic in good weather (no rain or moisture)
    Good for soft ground like star gazing on grass
    Beach nap

    What they aren't good for:
    Yoga
    Stretching
    Meditation
    Any movement on hard surfaces

    Listen, great if you have air conditioning in your house or humidity control. Bad if you young kids, humidity, pets and so on. Honestly, really great for stargazing. lol but nothing else.

    I am in to regular exercise and yoga etc for last some months and hence was looking for a good yoga mat. Brought this yoga and exercise mat few days back I must say that this is a superb exercise mat. The length and width is good and perfect for yoga and exercise. It is slip resistance with good grip on flooring. Easy to carry and store post workout. I actually like the colour pattern and hand work done on mat. Great product in affordable price 👌
