I’ve been taking these since 2001, and they are phenomenal! I am a Vegetarian of 20+ years, and the magnitude of energy that I feel with taking these is so underrated. I also have PCOS, and these seem to assist me with minimizing the symptoms that come with that, along with aiding in digestion. Update! SIX YEARS later and I still love this vitamin.This vitamin just can’t be beat. Helps with energy, metabolism, and immunity. Still smells funny. Doesn’t taste as bad as it used to. I just compared it to five other popular vitamins that are more expensive and this is still the highest quality for the lowest price.*******I have really horrible issues with a total lack of energy and a general feeling of malaise and unwellness. I’m only 26, so obviously it’s concerning. I eat well, I exercise, I’m not overweight. I decided it was time to look into vitamins again… I once took a women’s multivitamin, calcium, B12 and green tea but it was all very rough on my stomach and expensive.I found this vitamin on Amazon and was immediately impressed that it’s a food-based supplement for easier absorption and digestion. I’m also a big believer in the non-traditional supplements, so their special blend of nutrients for women was a plus. After some research, I ordered it.I’ve been taking this product for about a week now. Already, I can tell a difference in my energy. I’m up at 5:30AM every day and am usually falling asleep by 8PM and that’s with a nap on my lunch break. I’m now able to skip the nap and last till 10:30PM or so, if I have to. (I still prefer to get 8 hours of sleep, but sometimes it just can’t happen.) I am starting to notice that I feel better. Just a little bit, so far. But it’s better than not-a-bit.The vitamin is really not that big. After reading some reviews I was nervous about this horse pill, but really? It’s no different than any other vitamin, in my opinion. Does it smell a little funny? Yep. If you let it sit on your tongue too long, it will leave an aftertaste. Don’t let it discourage you from trying this product… for the price, it can’t be beat. AND it’s only one per day!Also don’t forget, take it with FOOD because that is the only way a vitamin will work! Otherwise you just pee most of it out 😉

The only multivitamin I can stomach. This does not upset my digestive system at all, usually I get nauseous from taking vitamins.

I am really impressed with this vitamin! I’ve only been taking it a week so I know its not nearly a long time review but so far big improvement. Zero upset stomach and a lot of vitamins have bothered my stomach ( I always take with food). That time of the month rolled by and I didnt have the debilitating fatigue I normally suffer from. This vitamin contains iron which is lacking in all gummies I have discovered. I also really like seeing that this is more of a natural vitamin with ingredients I can easily identify. I will update in the future if my opinion changes in any way but so far I just wish I had taken it sooner.
