Resistance level: light to medium
Strong enough to provide meaningful assistance and proprioceptive feedback during stretches. Gentle enough that a child can use it safely without overstretching. Pros pick it for warm-up because that’s exactly the resistance you want before heavier work, not despite it. If your only training goal is over-splits with maximum load, this is your warm-up band — not your only band.
How to start
Pull out the printed stretch card on day one. Download the digital E-Guide within minutes of purchase. Start with 5 minutes a day of hamstring and hip stretches with the main band. Add the mini loop for foot work twice a week. Most users report visible improvement in their forward fold within 3–4 weeks of consistent daily practice.
