I purchased this to help with my arms and back pain. I've researched lots of videos on the proper techniques because believe it or not there are ways that aren't good for your body. Anyways I like this one, it was kind of heavy at first but I quickly got used to it and I haven't had to take any layers off. It's comfortable to hold and the handle is wide enough for both my hands to grip it. I'm probably going to invest in some heavier ones. I definitely recommend this one to start out, it's manufactured great, good quality for sure and a great value.
I decided to increase my kettlebell weight. I had 5lb.bells, they had cover time gotten to feel like lifting almost nothing. Great on me, it was due largely to using the 5's to do a particular set of moves for almost a year, so, I wanted to increase my weight but, maybe not double ( as most bells next step is 10lbs.) .I saw that this set was 5lbs, 8ibs.& 12lbs….so, I thought that was a "happy medium".I was very happy to note that it was super smooth and easy to add & subtract weight.They also stay together very well. Smooth & easy weight changes
I decided to increase my kettlebell weight. I had 5lb.bells, they had cover time gotten to feel like lifting almost nothing. Great on me, it was due largely to using the 5’s to do a particular set of moves for almost a year, so, I wanted to increase my weight but, maybe not double ( as most bells next step is 10lbs.) .I saw that this set was 5lbs, 8ibs.& 12lbs….so, I thought that was a “happy medium”.I was very happy to note that it was super smooth and easy to add & subtract weight.They also stay together very well.
